Singing in Polish with Zusia....trying

The last 4 days I have seen wonder-full things.

I saw beautiful birds and 27 dried squashed frogs on the road, I have also seen three wild deers (sarny) and three different types of pet cats.
I have made new friends Zusia & Mariusz.

Ucze sie po Polsku (I am learning Polish).

My Grandfathers garden and forest is very green. New leaves are starting to come out on the trees and new plants on the ground.

We live in a three storey house, two storeys up he top and one underground where we keep my favorite drinks Bearcub (Kubus) cool. Carrot and fruit drink link.

I have seen four different types of dogs. They were all noisy and very annoying and baby goats.

Two days ago we went to clean the creek and we accidentally popped two glass bottles. We cleaned it up and collected 4 bags of rubbish. Clean up Poland afternoon.
We also went on a forest walk this Saturday afternoon. Many of the photos are from there. Lanskorona forest.

Tomorrow we are going to a circus.
Bye for now.
Caroline

  20. Hi Caroline and Jamie (and Anna and Peter)
We really look forward to seeing your news. The circus looked like fun- some of the kids went to a circus in Ballarat during the holidays too.
Tomorrow we are having our Mother's Day stall and spaghetti bol for lunch (and ice-cream). Do you celebrate Mother's Day in Poland?
In Japan they celebrate Children's Day. I don't think they celebrate Mother's Day.

  21. Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all your news! It's very cold here this week and we've had some good rain the last few days. We have been very busy here at school. Last week we went to our Big Day Out with the other small schools. We saw some musicians and learnt some folk dances and some hip hop! I'm glad you are enjoying your school in Poland and your teacher is nice, Caroline and Jamie. We have some new children , two girls in Miss Dickson's room and Alex is in our room in Grade 3 - a friend for Jayden. Also we are getting our room painted and new carpet. We had to move EVERYTHING out. Things are stacked up everywhere - the library ,the multi, the art room! Every-one says hello. Bye for now. Mrs L
